Young Author Competition
2009 is the debut year for the Young Author’s Showcase, which is a
literary showcase that gives high school students around the world an
opportunity to express, through the written word, their impression and
interpretation of Sister Cities International’s mission: promoting peace
through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation – one individual,
on community at a time. This year's theme was "Your Path to Peace"
and entries were accepted through March 30, 2009.
Awards
Each of the winners will receive a cash prize
from our local sister cities committee. The first place winners’ art
