Monday, March 8, 2010: 9:00am to Noon & 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Tuesday, March 9, 2010: 3:00pm to 9:00pm
Wednesday, March 10, 2010: 9:00am to Noon & 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Thursday, March 11, 2010: 9:00am to Noon & 1:30pm to 4:30pm
If you wish to appeal your 2010 valuation, please call 791-6862 to
schedule an appointment before the Board.
If you wish to appeal your 2010 valuation by letter, please submit your
letter and any supporting documentation to the Board of Review – City of
Walker – 4243 Remembrance Rd NW – Walker, MI 49534. Please submit letter
appeals by 5:00pm on Monday, March 22, 2010 for the Board consideration.
Documentation that you may want to consider for a successful appeal:
recent appraisal, deed from recent purchase, listing of homes currently
for sale, sales of similar homes in your neighborhood, valuations of
similar homes in your neighborhood, and anything else that you can think
of that will support your opinion of current value of your property.
Please supply the Board with their own copy of these documents when you
appeal your assessment.
