Second, the Parks Department has four full time employees. This department is responsible for mowing at all city buildings and parks, which amounts to about 92 acres. Third, the Motor Pool Department has two full time employees. This department is in charge of maintaining 124 vehicles, which maintain 44.95 miles of Major streets and 68.59 miles of Local streets. Maintenance of streets includes street sweeping, storm sewer cleaning, patching holes and snow removal.
